Terms Of Service (Custom Writing Services).
By filling out the order form and clicking the "Submit" button, you and EssayPlant.com agree on the following terms of service:

1. Paper Instructions. Clear. The order instructions you input in the order form will serve as instructions for writers to write your paper or essay. The instructions are the ultimate guidance for the writers and editors and every paper will be prepared according to your instructions. The writers and editors will reasonably follow your instructions. Should they not follow your instructions, the essay will be revised for you free of charge.  After placing the order you can still modify the instruction until you receive a confirmation email from our Customer Service Department.
2. Use of Sensitive Information.
   All your personal information is kept confidential in an encrypted database. We do not share this information with any third parties. Privacy of your information also means that your paper is kept confidential and not shared or reproduced.
3. Essay/Paper Format.
   All papers written by EssayPlant.com are written in accordance with the following format: Courier New font, size 12, double-spaced, 1 inch margin on all 4 sides. It is roughly 230-260 words per page. The completed is emailed to you as an MS Word document (either .doc or .rtf file). The paper can feature a reference page, a title page and additional information if explicitly requested by the customer or where appropriate.
4. Means of Delivery.
   The finished essay or term paper will be automatically emailed to you slightly prior to the deadline.
5. Delays in Delivery.
   Quality essay writing requires a creative approach and coherent work of writers and editors to assure top quality and originality. In some exceptionally rare cases the writing may take a bit longer than expected. In this case, if you do not want the paper, you agree to email us and tell about it, after the deadline is passed but before the paper is emailed to you. In this case we will cancel the order. If you do not respond, it gives your permission for the writers to take a little longer to complete the paper.
6. Paper Content Originality.
   All essays or term papers are intended make your own independent study more effective, meaningful and efficient. The essays, papers, PowerPoint presentations and other materials your order should serve only as models for your own writing efforts. Each paper is prepared just for you and for your specific needs. EssayPlant.com takes no responsibility for the unethical or illegal use of the essays and term paper and encourages you not to violate any rules and policies set by your college or university.
7. Revisions and Edits.
   We guarantee that every essay or paper produced by professional writers at EssayPlant.com will reasonable match the instructions you input in the order form. Each paper will be genuine, plagiarism-free and specific to your order requirements. The use of outside sources will be properly documented in accordance with your chosen citation style (MLA/APA/Turabian/Harvard/Other). If the paper does not meet the original order specifications we will revise your essay promptly and for free.
8. Order Cancellation Policy.
   You can cancel any order requests by simply not proceeding with the payment through AlertPay. You cannot cancel the paper once it got accepted by EssayPlant.com. We reserve the right to cancel any essay at our own discretion and inform the customer as soon as possible. Should such rare case take place, your money will be refunded
9. Essay Refund policy.
   Because custom essays are intangible products that can be easily reproduced, we do not issue refunds. Should the writers fail to meet the order requirements, new writers will revise the paper promptly for free.
