- Group performance on tutorial activities will be commented on by the tutorial tutor
- Summative assessment
A portfolio of tutorial assignments will be presented at the end of the taught programme. This portfolio will contain a self-selected set of four of the tutorial exercises undertaken through the course generally an analysis of an appropriate legal aspect of the student's organisation - and completed individually to an acceptable standard.
The student will be asked to research and write a report upon the legal frameworks under which the company operates.
